the kicker
I'm sure we've all had to deal with this person. They kick your seat constantly throughout the show. Now I understand the the occasional kick is inevitable as people adjust themselves. But these kickers are either oblivious to the fact that you can feel it when they kick your seat, or they're just rude and won't curb it until you pull a Costanza on them and tell them stop.
annoying cell phone guy
Most people have gotten the message that it annoys the hell out of people for a cell phone to go off during a movie, concert, etc. But some people still haven't learned. I can forgive the occasional ring because we're only human and sometimes forget we've got them with us. But I hate it when people will actually answer the phone!! And of course it's the person who's voice carries so the whole theater knows they've answered the phone. Just recently I was in front of some guy who answered the phone to tell whoever was calling he'd call them back because he was at the movies. What's the point of that? Let 'em leave a message, foo!And this also includes that person who has to check their phone every 20 mins and of course they have the brightest neon display so everyone on that side of the theatre see the liuht when they whip it out. If you've got more important things to do then maybe you shouldn't be at the movie.

I don't mind if you whisper, but the whole theater doesn't need to hear your conversation. Once the movie starts, shut up!
