I really, really hate it when people say "Make time to do something." How the hell do you make time? No one can make time! Now I suppose one could interpret that as "Pick one of the dozen things you have to do each day and not do one of them, then you'll have made time for this one thing." Of course there's no mention of the thing you had to skip or postpone to make time for the other thing. If you're lucky you won't have to make time for it some other time, creating a never ending cycle of making time.
Now "making the most of your time" I can get with. I'd rather hear that than someone telling me to make time. These days it seems like everyone wants all of my time and if I could make time I certainly would but there's only so much time to do so much and I've had only one good night's sleep in the past month.
I'm not sure if I had a point. I'm tired. Leave me alone.
